1. Digital Wish Grants from Digital Wish- Digital Wish is a non-profit on a mission to help teachers solve technology shortfalls in their classrooms. All teachers who submit a technology-based lesson plan on Digital Wish will be automatically entered to win as many as 50 technology grants. Grants will be awarded on the 15th of every calendar month.

2. Challenge Educational Grants from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation- Grants are given to support K-12 and higher educational institutions. The main themes they support are: Freshwater, Forests and Grasslands, Oceans and Coasts, and Community Stewardship. NFWF supports more than 70 grant programs to protect and restore our nation’s wildlife and habitats. They encourage you to read their complete list of conservation programs and review the program goals and guidelines to select the one appropriate for you. Federal, state, and local governments, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations are welcome to apply twice annually for matching grants from our conservation priority programs.

3. D.E.W. 4. Youth Grant from the USA Track and Field Foundation- USATF Foundation considers providing opportunities for youth athletes to compete in track & field, a top priority. 5. BWI Summer Reading Program Grant from the American Library Association – This grant is designed to encourage outstanding summer reading programs by providing financial assistance, while recognizing ALSC members for outstanding program development. The applicant must plan and present an outline for a theme-based summer reading program in a public library. The program must be open to all children (birth -14 years).  The committee also encourages innovative proposals involving children with physical or mental disabilities.

Foundation Grants from the Best Buy Children’s Foundation- Best Buy Children’s Foundation supports and strengthens communities by contributing to a variety of organizations and programs that foster engaged, fun learning experiences for children through the use of interactive technology.  The majority of funded proposals are initiated by the Foundation.     Hello, We only list US funding opportunities. You would need to contact the grantor directly to inquire if they fund African states. Most will not.
